18K Gold & Platinum Arrow Jabot Pin Pendant with Diamonds, Sapphires

This Edwardian era arrow is elegant and vibrant. It can be worn as both a pin and a charm. The arrow is made up of many old fashioned table cut sapphires and bead set rose cut diamonds surrounded by mille-grain work. The sharp end of the arrow features a bale on the back so that the pin can be hung on a chain. The arrow is composed of platinum and 18 karat yellow gold. These two colors work beautifully to offset the variety of stones and the complex design of the piece. The arrow measures 2-1/4 inches in size, with the tip at 3/8 and the back at 5/8 inches in size. It weighs 3 grams and dates to the 1900s. The arrow has been acid tested, yet remains unmarked. The square-shaped sapphires are a gorgeous deep blue that work excellently against the platinum. A classic turn-of-the-century piece, perfect as an accessory for both men and women.
