An 18k gold gypsy ring with an east-west oval sapphire cabochon flanked on either side by bezel set diamonds, this Art Deco ring is a variation of the classic design. The sapphire measures 7 x 5 mm, and is 1.3 of a carat. The two round brilliant diamonds measure 3mm each, for a diamond carat weight of .30. The diamonds are G-H in color, VS2 in clarity. The ring weighs 6.88 grams and the band is 5/16” wide at its thickest point.
The ring is marked on its interior as 18k gold, and contains an unidentifiable maker’s mark.
