18K Gold Victorian Delicate Old Mine Cut Diamond and Emerald Ring

$1,000.00

Circa the 1860’s, this 18k gold ring features a delicate pattern of emeralds and Old Mine Cut diamonds in a floral shape. The stones are prong set and connected by tiny balls in a lovely balance of flowers and structural elements to create a lace-like motif. This stylistically older setting dates the ring to the Mid Victorian era. The natural emeralds are a well-saturated green that pop against the white diamonds and gold balls. The jeweled ring face is set on a dainty band that lays flush against the hand.

The ring contains six natural Old Mine Cut antique diamonds that are 2 mm each. The emeralds are well-saturated, natural antique stones—two are square table cuts and the center stone is cushion cut. The smaller emeralds are 2.25 mm, the larger emerald is 3.5 x 2.5 mm.

The face of the ring measures 3/8” x 1/2” and the band is .90 mm thick. The ring weighs 1.5 grams.

Ring size 7.25.
